Documentation Assistant

 

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is a plus.
  • Newly graduates are welcome to apply.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Issues PEME referral and monitors the medical status of the seafarers.
  2. Ensures that the seafarer has a valid medical certificate stating that he is medically FIT TO WORK for their duties prior to embarkation.
  3. Coordinates with the Crewing Department regarding the medical status of the seafarers.
  4. Coordinates with the Accredited Medical Clinic regarding medical status of the seafarers.
  5. Arranges Briefing/Debriefing of onsigners and offsigners (Top 4) in a timely manner.
  6. Receives files and monitors seafarers’ Flag documents.
  7. Transmits by email or through joining crew members the seafarers’ CRAs and flag documents to the seafarers’ designated vessels.
  8. Follows-up and sends queries to Flag Authorities regarding submitted applications for Flag Documents.
  9. Coordinates with Accounting and Flag Authorities regarding payments for the Flag Documentation.
  10. Prepares and sends communications to the Master and Principals regarding Flag documents.
  11. Prepares Flag Monitoring Sheet.
  12. Answers telephone calls in the Fleet2 Department and performs secretarial duties such as scanning, typing, filing, receiving guests as needed in the Fleet2 Department.
  13. Updates the MPA Electronic Crew Change for Singapore-registered vessels.
  14. Monitors and checks the website of each Flag State to ensure that MANSHIP is always updated.
  15. Assumes other duties that may be assigned by the Junior Fleet Manager, Documentation Supervisor and President & CEO as required by the business agencies.

 

Accounting Assistant

 

Qualifications

  • Holds a degree in Finance and Accountancy;
  • Has good interpersonal skills necessary in dealing with government agencies such as BIR;
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Able to work as part of a team;
  • Must be willing to render overtime work required;
  • Must be resourceful, highly organized, and committed;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and other accounting softwares;
  • Preferably FEMALE.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for Accounting Related Transactions of Fleet1.
  2. Prepares Monthly Payroll Allotment of crew (Fleet1).
  3. Prepares Monthly Reimbursable Report for Fleet1 Vessels.
  4. Prepares Monthly Bank Reconciliation.
