Accounting Assistant

 

Qualifications

  • Holds a degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking or any related course
  • Has good interpersonal skills necessary in dealing with government agencies such as BIR
  • Has excellent communications skills and is highly personable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and other accounting softwares
  • Resourceful, highly organized, and committed
  • Must be a team player
  • Preferably FEMALE

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Files check vouchers as needed.
  2. Prepares report for Monthly Remittance Return of Creditable Income Taxes Withheld (expanded).
  3. Prepares Monthly/Quarterly Value Added Tax Return.
  4. Prepares vouchers of all expenditures.
  5. Prepares and upload monthly payroll of Ionic.
  6. Prepares government remittance reports such as SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-ibig.
  7. Prepares Cash Disbursement Book/ Ledger & Cash and Sales Book.
  8. Prepares Bank Reconciliation of Ionic monthly.
  9. Perform other duties that may be assigned by the CEO from time to time.

Training Development Assistant

 

Qualifications

  • Graduates of any Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts course may apply
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communications skill
  • Must have excellent comprehension skills
  • Is able to work as part of a team
  • Must be willing to render overtime work when required
  • Must be resourceful, highly organized, and committed

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Research, develop, implement and monitor new training programs;
  2. Prepare multimedia visual aid and presentations for the new training;
  3. Assist the Senior Training Development Officer in projects and development of in-house courses;
  4. Research, update, implement and monitor the existing in-house courses;
  5. Prepare the materials needed for seminars and in-house courses;
  6. Identify trainings/programs needed in obtaining technical data;
  7. Coordinate with the company clients in identifying training needs;
  8. Coordinate with the clients with regard to the new trainings;
  9. Maintain training records, file materials, manage data entry and other relevant data information for audit trail and service level standards reporting; and
  10. Assume duties that maybe assigned by the Vice President and President & CEO as required by the business exigencies.

Documentations Assistant

 

Qualifications

  • Preferably female;
  • Graduate of any four-year course; New graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Tagalog;
  • Work experience in the same field is an advantage but is not necessary;
  • Knowledge in Philippine dialects and/or other languages (preferably Greek or German) is a plus;
  • Has the ability to learn new computer applications (WINDOWS and LINUX environment)
  • Proficient in MS Applications;
  • Knows how to operate the scanner;
  • Has strong interpersonal skills and can relate professionally with every level of the organization;
  • Must be a team player;
  • Must be patient, courteous and service oriented;
  • Must be motivated in providing assistance to meeting customers’ requirements;
  • Organized in keeping and maintaining a document filing system;
  • Can follow instructions and procedures down to the smallest detail;
  • Can work without much supervision;
  • Detail-oriented and a multi-tasker;
  • Willing to work late hours and on weekends when needed;
  • Has a love for learning;
  • Willing to undergo trainings and develop new skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Prepares the visa applications of seafarers.
  2. Files visa applications of seafarers.
  3. Coordinates with seafarers regarding visa applications, appointments, and interviews.
  4. Requests payment for visas.
  5. Prepares, organizes and final checks all the documents of the joining seafarers which they need to bring to their assigned vessel.
  6. Prepares Guarantee Letter for airlines, immigrations and port authorities.
  7. Prepares Transmittal Letters to the Master for crew changes.
  8. Prepares letter requests for the Travel Allowance of onsigners, if applicable.
  9. Ensures that all packages that need to be brought onboard are properly endorsed to the onsigners and are logged accordingly.
  10. Proper endorsement of the travel documents to the onsigners including the discussion of their flight details, joining ports and assisting agents as well. 1
  11. Monitors the onsigners and advises the Senior Crew Operations Officer if the onsigners have already checked-in and pass the Immigration Counter. Facilitates the dispatching process for seafarers at the airport, if necessary.
  12. Keeps and organizes the 201 files of the onboard and on vacation seafarers.
  13. Assumes some duties that may be assigned by the Fleet Supervisor, as required by the business exigencies.
  14. The Employee shall report directly to Documentation Supervisor.

Marketing Assistant/Officer

 

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any course
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Must be creative and artistic
  • Must have excellent comprehension skills
  • Must be aware in social media tools
  • Is able to work as part of a team
  • Must be willing to render overtime work when required
  • Must be resourceful, highly organized, and committed

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Prepares marketing tools like PR campaigns, advertisements and articles for magazines and/or newsletters.
  2. Conducts market research for the company.
  3. Conceptualizes the designs for marketing campaign.
  4. Responsible in lay outing designs for marketing purposes.
  5. Maintains and updates the company website and social media tools.
  6. Prepares a quarterly statistic for the applicant seafarers.
  7. Responsible for maintaining company’s partnership with different organizations.
  8. Sends company memorandums and other announcements to every vessel and business partners via email, fax or mail.
  9. Coordinates with various hotels for every guest’s stay.
  10. Ensures safety of every guest from the time of arrival until departure.
