Travel Coordinator

 

Qualifications

  • Graduates of any Bachelor of Science
  • Experience in Sabre Red Workspace - Sabre Travel Network is a plus
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communications skill
  • Must have excellent comprehension skills
  • Is able to work as part of a team
  • Must be willing to render overtime work when required
  • Must be resourceful, highly organized, and committed

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Answers inquiries about flight schedules and connecting flights.
  2. Reserves available flights for mariners and travelling office staff.
  3. In-charge with calling Cathay Pacific, Airlines (if needed) for e-tickets (in their official format)
  4. Flight bookings monthly report. Schedules, arranges and monitors HSM Crew Briefing/ Debriefing;
  5. Ensures that all Briefings and Debriefings are made in accordance with HSM requirements;
  6. Filing of Mariners’ Hand over notes, Briefing & Debriefing Form, CES Test and HSM’s Company Policy.
  7. Assumes other duties that may be assigned by the Senior Fleet Manager, Senior Documentation Head and President & CEO as required by the business exigencies.

 

Medical Assistant

 

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any four (4) year course, but nursing or legal management graduates will be given preference
  • Proficient in oral and written English
  • Possess good people skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Strong teamwork and networking skills

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Ensure that all mariners on board are medically certified fit to work on board ocean-going vessels.
  2. Interview and assess cases of mariners who are requesting for post-employment medical examination and treatment.
  3. Coordinate with accredited medical clinics for any medical cases.
  4. Provide assistance to vessels in cases of medical emergencies affecting mariners recruited and deployed by Manship.
  5. Coordinate with counterparts from principals and P&I clubs, as well as with the families of concerned Manship mariners during medical repatriation cases.
  6. Furnish reports to principals and P&I clubs pertaining to medical repatriation cases.
  7. Monitor the health and provide assistance to medically-repatriated Manship mariners until they are declared fit to work by the company-designated physician.
  8. Coordinate with the Legal Department with regard to evaluating the risk of litigation exposure to the company and its principals of on-going medical cases.

 


PEME Assistant

 

Qualifications

  • Graduates of any Bachelor of Science
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communications skill
  • Must have excellent comprehension skills
  • Is able to work as part of a team
  • Must be willing to render overtime work when required
  • Must be resourceful, highly organized, and committed
  • Preferably MALE

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Issues of PEME referral and monitors the medical status of the seafarers.
  2. Ensures that the seafarer has a valid medical certificate stating that he is medically FIT TO WORK for their duties prior to embarkation.
  3. Coordinates with the Crewing Department for the medical status of the seafarers.
  4. Coordinates with the Accredited Medical Clinic regarding medical status of the seafarers.
  5. Arranges Briefing/Debriefing of onsigners and offsigners (Top 4) in a timely manner.
  6. Assumes duties that maybe assigned by the Junior Fleet Manager, Documentation Supervisor and President &CEO as required by the business exigencies.

 

Junior Finance Officer, CPA

 

Qualifications

  • Holds a degree in Finance, Accountancy, CPA
  • Has excellent communications skills and is highly personable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and other accounting software
  • Resourceful, highly organized, and committed
  • Must be a team player

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Conducts financial research based on parameters and objectives set by the CEO.
  2. Analyzes collected finance data.
  3. Submits financial recommendations to the CEO.
  4. Prepares, analyzes and coordinates wages and reimbursable expenses of the Company’s Superintendents.
  5. Prepares daily Cash Position and weekly Liquidity Report and submits these to the Hellespont Group Chief Finance Officer.
  6. Shall report directly to President & CEO.
